Do not sell or share
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. How to submit a request is below.
This notice is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. It tells you where we stand on selling and sharing personal information, and how to make a request. It forms part of our privacy policy.
Our position on selling and sharing
Easy Laptop Repair LLC does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not exchange it with data brokers or advertising networks. We do not use your information to build profiles that are sold or traded. Because we do not sell or share in the senses these terms carry under the CCPA and CPRA, there is no sale or sharing activity to opt out of, and we do not offer a financial incentive for data.
The limited sharing we do is service-related: the workshop handling your case receives what it needs to do the work, and our email and hosting providers process data on our instructions. Those arrangements are not a sale, and they are not advertising sharing.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, how we use it and with whom we share it; the right to request deletion; the right to request correction; the right to request a copy of the information you provided; the right to opt out of sale or sharing; and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, which we do not collect as that term is defined. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a request
Send your request to [email protected] or by post to Easy Laptop Repair LLC, 2750 NW Market St, Suite 410, Seattle, WA 98107, United States. Tell us your name, the email address you used with us, and what you would like us to do. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting, using the details we already hold, so that we do not release information to the wrong person. Requests from an authorised agent are accepted where the agent provides proof of authority.
What happens next
We confirm receipt and aim to respond within the period the law allows. Where a request is granted, we act promptly and tell you what was done. Where a request is refused, we explain why and how to challenge the decision. Requests that carry no reasonable cost to us are handled at no charge.

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union hold rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, customers in Canada hold rights under PIPEDA, and customers in Australia hold rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can use the same contact address to exercise those rights, and the details are set out in the privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
Because this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, there is no tracking to switch off here. That position is explained in the cookie policy. If our practices ever change, we will update this notice first and provide a clear way to make a choice.
