Contact and repair request
Send your device details and country. A coordinator matches your job to a vetted workshop and replies by email with an estimate range.
The more you tell us about the fault, the better the match. Model and generation, the country you are in, when the fault started, whether it is constant or occasional, and anything that seems to trigger it. If there was a spill or a drop, say so, even if the machine seemed fine afterwards. That detail often decides which bench should see the machine.

What happens next
A coordinator reads your description, confirms the fault family, and identifies workshops that handle it and have room in their schedule. You receive a matched workshop, an estimate range and a note on timing. If you have already read the process page, this is the first step of it. If you have an open case and need cover information, the warranty page is the place to look.
Describing your fault well
Write the story of the fault in plain words. When did it start? Did anything happen around that time, such as a drop, a spill or a move? Is the fault constant, or does it come and go? Does heat change it, or a particular cable, or the angle of the lid? If the machine will not start, does anything happen when you press power, such as a sound, a light or a fan? Small details like these often decide which bench should take the job.
If you have already had the machine checked elsewhere, mention what was found and when. That context helps the bench avoid repeating work and helps us route the case correctly. You do not need the right vocabulary; describe what you see and hear and the coordinator will map it to a fault family.
Response times
We work across time zones, so a message sent in the evening may be read the next morning where the coordinator is. You will get a reply by email, and every case keeps its own thread so nothing is lost. For an open case, use [email protected] and include your case reference so it reaches the right person quickly.
Privacy of your message
We handle your details as described in the privacy policy. We use them to match your job and to reply; we do not sell or share them, as set out in the do not sell or share notice. If you would rather not use the form, email works just as well.
For billing questions use [email protected], and for legal matters use [email protected]. Accessibility matters go to [email protected], and the commitments behind that address are described on the accessibility page.
