About the company

A coordination service built around independent workshops, with the customer experience kept consistent and the repairs kept honest.

Easy Laptop Repair LLC is based in Seattle, Washington. We are a coordination business, not a single repair shop. Our work is to read a customer's fault description, find a qualified independent workshop that handles that class of repair, and keep the process clear from first message to returned machine.

Why we exist

Repair is a fragmented field. Bench quality varies, parts sourcing varies, and the customer is left to guess which shop is competent for a particular fault. A shop that is excellent at batteries may be the wrong choice for a liquid-damaged board, and the customer has no easy way to know. We exist to close that gap: one place to start, and a matching step that puts the job where it belongs.

How we work

We set expectations that apply across the network: a diagnosis before parts, a written estimate range before work, an approval gate at every change of scope, a tested repair, and a written record of what was fitted. Workshops that meet the bar stay on the list. Workshops that fall short are removed, because the standard is the reason the network is worth using at all.

Standards are the product. Every bench works to the same expectations.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. MacBook is a trademark of Apple Inc. We are not an authorised service provider, and we make no claim to be one. The technicians in the network are independent, and they are accountable to their own customers and to the standard we apply.

Clear timing

Realistic spreads, not optimistic figures that slip later.

Honest answer

If a repair is not sensible, you hear it early and plainly.

One contact

One thread per case, so nothing is lost between messages.

Four countries

United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

Region and contact

Our office is at 2750 NW Market St, Suite 410, Seattle, WA 98107, United States. Phones are listed in the footer for the US, UK and Australia, and the general address is [email protected]. For a repair enquiry, the contact page is the fastest route.

If you run a workshop and want to apply, write to the general address with a summary of your bench, your coverage and the fault families you handle. We read every request.

The coordination role, in practice

Coordinating is not a formality. When a request arrives, someone reads it properly, works out which fault family it belongs to, and decides where the job should go. That decision shapes everything that follows: which parts are likely to be needed, how long the machine will be away, and whether a mail-in route is required. Getting it right at the start saves the customer time and money, and it saves the bench from taking on work it is not set up for.

We also keep the customer experience steady across four countries. A machine repaired in Australia should follow the same gates as one repaired in the United States: diagnosis, estimate range, approval, tested repair, written record. Consistency is the part that customers actually feel.

Where we focus

We repair hardware. We do not offer data promises, we do not handle account access, and we do not pretend a hardware fix will cure an operating-system problem. When a fault sits outside the repair family, we say so and point the customer in a sensible direction, even where that means no job comes to us at all. That is a deliberate choice, and it is the reason the network is worth trusting with an expensive machine.
