Accessibility
We aim to make this site usable by everyone, and we welcome reports when we fall short.
Easy Laptop Repair LLC wants everyone to be able to find information about repair work and to send a request. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-off task, and we publish how to reach us if something does not work for you.
Our commitment
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA, and to respect the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States. Where we identify a barrier, we prioritise it and work to remove it. Where a fix is not immediate, we offer a direct route to the information or the service by email or phone.
What we do
The site uses a clear structure with one main heading per page and headings in a logical order, so screen readers can build a useful outline. Navigation is built from ordinary links in a single list, and a skip link lets keyboard users jump straight to the main content. Colour choices are checked for contrast, and text is set at a readable size with generous line spacing. Interactive elements are reachable and usable from the keyboard, and focus is visible. Images carry descriptive text, and decorative graphics are marked so they are not announced. The site uses no motion effects and no autoplay.
Design choices that help
We avoid relying on colour alone to carry meaning, and we do not present information only through an image. Fonts are a standard system set, which renders clearly at the common zoom levels and respects the reader's own text settings. The layout is built to reflow on narrow screens so that content remains readable without horizontal scrolling. Forms use visible labels rather than placeholder text alone, and they can be completed from the keyboard.
Known limitations
Some content describes physical repair services, and the descriptions are written in plain language rather than relying on diagrams alone. Where a document format would normally be offered, we keep the key information on the page in text so it does not depend on a separate file. We continue to review the site for barriers as it grows, and we correct what we find.
Assistive technology we test with
We check the site with a screen reader and with keyboard-only navigation, not only with a mouse, because the two experiences differ. We test at common zoom levels and at large text settings to confirm that content reflows instead of clipping. Forms are checked end to end from the keyboard, including the choice fields, so a request can be sent without a pointer. These checks are repeated when the site changes.
How to reach us
If you meet a barrier, please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the technology you were using. Write to [email protected], or call the numbers listed in the footer for the US, UK and Australia. If you would prefer to arrange a repair request by phone or email rather than through the form, we are glad to help that way.
Response
We acknowledge accessibility reports and aim to provide a workable alternative promptly, even where a full technical fix takes longer. When we change the site in response to a report, we note it so the same issue is less likely to return elsewhere.
