Independent network
Easy Laptop Repair LLC is a coordination service for independent repair workshops. We are not a manufacturer, we are not a brand's service arm, and we are not an authorised service provider for any company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. MacBook is a trademark of Apple Inc., used here only to describe the class of device our workshops handle. Any brand names that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used in a descriptive sense only.
No authorised service claims
Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we, or any workshop in the network, are authorised, certified or approved by any manufacturer. Where a workshop uses parts, it chooses them through its own suppliers, and the estimate states what is being fitted. We do not claim access to manufacturer parts channels, and we do not imply one.
Accuracy of information
The advice on this site is general guidance about hardware faults and repair options. It is written to help you understand what may be wrong and what a repair may involve. It is not a diagnosis of your specific machine, and it cannot account for conditions only an inspection would reveal. Where the site describes symptoms or likely causes, treat it as orientation, not as a conclusion about your device. A workshop assesses your actual machine before any work is quoted.
Estimates
Estimates given through the network are ranges based on the information available at the time. The final figure is set after diagnosis. We do not present estimates as fixed prices, and we do not present any outcome as certain. Where a repair cannot sensibly be completed, that is reported plainly rather than worked around.
